Marinade four natural pork chops with:
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp rosemary
– Salt and pepper to taste
– BBQ/Grill for eight minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through but not yet well done.
Peel and slice two rutabagas and place in a large pan with:
– 1 tbsp coconut oil or garlic infused olive oil
– 1/2 tsp of rosemary
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 1/4 tsp salt
Cook on medium high for 10 minutes. You can add chops carrots or veggies if you prefer.
