Organic unpasturized Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is known as a health tonic by itself – you can use it in salad dressings, cooking veggies or just mix it in water and drink before meals. This drink is a thirst quencher and also seems to help my stomach prepare to eat. You can add lemon juice as well if you like the lemonade taste.
Take one 16 oz glass bottle and fill it up with filtered water to about 15 oz. Then add:
– Two tbsp of shaken ACV
– 1/2 tsp of organic ground ginger
– 4 drops organic pure liquid stevia
SHAKE it up before drinking and keep in fridge. I think it tastes best when cold.
*Hot tip – When I buy any cold pressed juice or nut milk – I save the bottles to fill them with this elixir so I always have some on hand.
