Having good taste is always a good thing. These goodies all have excellent taste and are wonderful to supplement with meals.
Ingredient notes:
– I love Trader Joe’s Power of 7 organic juice not from concentrate to sweeten smoothies. It 100% juice from all low FODMAP fruits and veggies and a tiny bit goes a long way.
– I will do a whole post on nut milks… wow.
– Vegan protein powder – the one I have found that doesn’t have additives or potato/brown rice is Biochem’s 100% Vegan Protein Vanilla. I think it blends well.
